RETURN POLICY

At MommyStrong, each item is created with care and made specifically for your order. Because of this, we currently do not accept general returns or cancellations at this time.
However, we understand that issues can happen, and we are always happy to help if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues on eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Support@MommyStrong.shop.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• Tags and original condition must remain intact
• Exchange requests must be approved before items are returned
Please double-check sizing, colors, shipping details, and product information before placing your order.
MADE TO ORDER
Many MommyStrong items are made to order to help reduce overproduction and waste. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For items purchased at MommyStrong.Shop, all returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return, item(s) must be sent back in same condition as received and in its original packaging with tags attached.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. It is our regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase. Email Support@MommyStrong.shop if you need to return or exchange an item, you’ll be liable for shipping cost.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and are inspecting it. We will also let you know whether your refund was accepted.

If you are due a refund, it will be taken care of soon after you send in your request, and a credit will be put on your credit card or the way you paid the first time.

MISSING OR LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

You should double-check your bank account if you haven’t seen the reimbursement yet.

The next step is to get in touch with your credit card company, as the posting of your refund could take some time.

After that, you should talk to your financial institution. Sometimes it takes some time for a refund to show up after being requested.
